This Email Coaching Agreement is between Nancy J. Miller, Career Counselor/Certified Life Coach, and

______________________________ (Client) for Coaching Services exclusively through email. Life Coaching is a working partnership, not a legal business partnership, between your Life Coach and you the Client, in an informative creative process that inspires you to maximize personal and professional potential. Any information in this agreement can be discussed and questions asked by you, the Client, before agreeing. A clear mutual understanding in speaking and writing is important for a successful coaching partnership. Contact Coach Nancy with any questions you might have.

No Appointments

Under this Email Coach Agreement, no appointments will be made. Your Life Coach will answer questions, provide motivation, and accountability as needed with assignments, reminders, and responding to up to two emails a week for the month covered by the Client’s single payment. A Life Coaching appointment (at a discount) can be made at the Client’s request, in conjunction with the monthly payment for email coaching, to supplement email coaching if desired.

Confidentiality

You the Client, understand that everything said in coaching sessions and emails are confidential as much as possible within the limits of using the telephone, the internet, or public places. Any documents or material sent to me, your Life Coach, will not be shared with any person or place without written consent by email or print from you, the Client.

Legal Responsibilities/Disclaimers

As the Client, you are responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. Your Life Coach, Nancy J. Miller, is not, and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services she provides. Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, or other qualified professionals and you, the Client, will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

Your Life Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
